Firstly we had missed guest list by a couple of minutes and you still charged is full price. £42 later we were the only people in the club bar 3 people. Then you let our group buy a round of drinks just before cutting the music and asking us to leave. At 12.45. Without letting anyone know you were finishing early. This we coul...d take but heavy handed bouncers we can't. Not Rory of course, he seems to be the only good thing about your establishment. But that ignorant bald bouncer who wouldn't give his name was beyond insulting to our group. Calling us *expletive* idiots is not how we should finish our night. Extremely disappointed to think I'll not step foot in here again but I never want a night out like tonight again. Exceptionally poor service.
